Facility’s staff departments have access to Atlantis Backend Interface based on their profile and areas. System admin, Reception, Kitchen, Housekeeping service, etc.
The main function of the backend tool, is it operates the guest input data collected from both the TV screen and the mobile app, and also from some other particular sources. This data is then being sent to the intented particular hotel department, in order to be managed.
We can also deliver hospitallity TV sets from LG and Philips, as well as all the other hospitality TV solutions hardware, such as DVB & IPTV headends, Fiber Optic networks, etc…
